ABOUT CYNDI

Cyndi has had a lifelong commitment to natural health care which grew substantially with Bradley Childbirth classes in 1997, followed by completing Dr. Christopher’s Nutritional Herbology course in 1999. In 2001 the book “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon added to the health and well-being of her family by introducing bone broth, raw dairy products, and fermented foods into her home kitchen. Since then, she has continued to study, learn, and practice how to live a healthy life.

Cyndi spent 2010 focusing on Muscle Testing (Applied Kinesiology), Energy Work, Emotional Freedom Technique, Herbal Medicine, Essential Oils, Nutrition, Homeopathy, and Flower Essences. In 2011 Cyndi studied at the Intermountain College of Natural Health to develop her practice in Naprapathic Massage, Auricular Therapy, and Cranial Sacral. During 2012 Cyndi Rai was able to become certified in Reflexology through Sure Footed Renewal based near Salt Lake City, UT.

2013 was spent studying Polarity Therapy in Salem, Oregon. Polarity Therapy is a holistic, energy-based system that includes bodywork, diet, exercise, and lifestyle counseling for the purpose of restoring and maintaining proper energy flows throughout the body. The underlying concept of polarity therapy is that all energy within the human body is based in electromagnetic force and that disease results from improperly dissipated energy. Polarity therapy unblocks and recharges the flow of life energy and realigns unbalanced energy as a means of eliminating disease. Patients learn to release tension by addressing the source of the stress and by maintaining a healthy demeanor accordingly. Also in 2013 Cyndi received her massage license in Washington State.

During 2014 she worked on establishing her business in Liberty Lake, Energy Massage & Reflexology. In 2015, Cyndi Rai became a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor through the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California. Primordial Sound Meditation played a key role in helping her cope with the loss of her only son by suicide on June 25, 2016. Despite her tragedy, in 2016 her dream of becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner became a reality. Since then her focus has been on establishing 7Roots Life to help people who have experienced loss and are working through grief.
